IBIS DMNG (Digital Mobile News Gathering) is the world's first pocket-size high quality  news gathering wireless camera system based on the use of simple and cost effective bonded 3G or 4G networks.


Deployed worldwide by international, national or local TV channels, video service operators or news agencies, this revolutionary system is the perfect tool to produce professional live video content from remote places in an easier and more flexible way, whether it's to cover breaking news, conduct interviews or produce any kind of live show.

Composed by 2 items, IBIS DMNG (mobile video transmitter) and IBIS Studio (video receiver and decoder platform), the system provides journalists in the field the ability to stream live video to their TV station.

Fast Forward the files from the SD card or a memory stick (video, data,..) to the TV station using the available networks.

 

IBIS DMNG PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

 

IBIS DMNG is based on a specific powerful multi-processor hardware developped by AVIWEST to offer the most compact and efficient unit embedding video professional interfaces and integrating a cutting-edge H.264 video compression technology.

The compact, lightweight system is able to stream a high quality live video down to the TV station  through up to 4 bonded 3G or 4G links to take advantage of several operators' networks' bandwidths and ensure the best quality of service.

Designed to be used by journalists that need to be able to concentrate on the video contents and not their equipment , the unit is very simple to use through its friendly touch screen. After only few seconds, the unit is on-air and automatically configured according to the network capacity.
 

IBIS DMNG can be easily installed on the tripod or on top or side of the camera using a small magic arm. It can also be carried on the belt or in a small backpack.

The protection case delivered with IBIS DMNG protects the unit against dust, shocks or rain during use or transportation and fixes the modems on its sides.

IBIS STUDIO PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

 

IBIS Studio platform is able to receive several incoming streams from remote IBIS DMNG. Running on a 1U or 2U platform, the powerful application allows the news room to manage multiple concurrent streams coming from several remote IBIS DMNG.

 

The intuitive and very easy-to-use interface is perfectly designed to manage a fleet of remote IBIS DMNG and create dynamic and interactive live shows by interacting with the remote journalists and selecting the stream to publish on -air.
