Au sein d’une équipe spécialisée dans le support technique aux clients, l’Ingénieur Support Technique Clients devra :

  • Assurer les différents niveaux de support technique sur toute la gamme de produits,
  • Préparer et assurer les formations techniques internes ou pour les clients et les partenaires, dans nos locaux ou sur site,
  • Participer à la préparation des stands AVIWEST et aux démonstrations techniques présentées lors des salons internationaux.


Afin de mener à bien sa mission, il devra notamment :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes R&D, commerciales et production,
  • Effectuer le suivi des dossiers clients pour tous les problèmes et questions techniques,
  • Effectuer et garantir la communication vers les clients (téléphone, rapports, emails, réunions) dans le respect des aspects contractuels et de sécurité,


Profil recherché :
Issu(e) d’une formation Ingénieur Telecom et Réseaux, idéalement avec des connaissances en TV numérique, vous avez de bonnes connaissances réseaux et systèmes et environnements LINUX. Vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en relation client ou dans une activité opérationnelle de type support technique client. Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements à l’étranger ou en France.
La maîtrise de la langue Anglaise est obligatoire. La connaissance d’une deuxième langue serait fortement appréciée.

Curiosité, force de proposition, dynamisme, sens relationnel et aisance dans les relations multiculturelles internationales sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir à ce poste.

Reporting directly to our VP Sales APAC, responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closures
  • Travelling extensively across China to close deals, making technical presentations to prospective key accounts
  • Defining and applying the business strategy for your area jointly with the VP Sales APAC
  • Extending your network and ensuring coordination with our master distributor, integrators and resellers
  • Opening new customers account
  • Organizing a stall at major domestic and international Broadcast trade fairs in your area
  • Monitoring leads and projects following internal processes using the company’s CRM
  • Sharing customer feedback with the marketing and R&D teams


Candidate must ideally have IP & 3G/4G Cellular bonding network knowledge and broadcast background, and have confirmed sales experience in broadcast and/or security markets.

Suitable candidate should be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
